More paid organizers. Uninsured problem solved.

Footage from Washington CAN’s health care marches this past March and May:
Those are some pretty impressive numbers. Pretty large crowds, no? It must be pure, unadulterated, grassroots action.
But wait a minute…what’s this? And this? And these? Why, they’re paid community organizer jobs for Washington CAN that start at $12 to $16 per hour! Shoot, why work at Micky D’s for minimum wage when you can have fun attending protests and getting unsuspecting people with too much time on their hands and little sense to know any better to join you? Plus, you get health coverage!
I have a brilliant idea. Why doesn’t Washington CAN and PIRG just hire all of the uninsured to be their community organizers? Then all Americans will have health coverage.
Problem solved.
UPDATE: Michelle Malkin has the scoop on Moveon.org’s paid (and ’skilled’) organizers.
