OPPOSE CAP AND TRADE!

If you’ve never listened to anything else I’ve said, please listen to me now. If you care one ounce about your own (and your children’s) economic future, you need to click on the link below, and send a message to your elected officials, and tell them that you vehemently oppose the Cap and Trade Bill that is scheduled to be voted on tomorrow in the House.

Once again, we’re being RUSHED into a major decision during a time of tremendous economic scariness, that is certain to effect all of our pocketbooks in a major, major way. At the same time, there are countries like China and India who have out-and-out refused to comply with any sort of carbon reduction plans. So what’s the rush? Even if global warming/climate change (whatever) is being caused by humans, why is hastily creating legislation that will harm the US economy even further something we should even be considering right now, especially when the other industrialized nations would cancel out any supposed ‘progress’ we make????
PLEASE, I’m begging you, contact your elected officials RIGHT NOW. It literally takes seconds, and you don’t even have to write your own letter. They have one already prepared for you.

This will prove to be the biggest tax hike the United States of America has ever seen. Even if you personally aren’t being ‘carbon taxed’, the businesses that provide the goods and services you purchase will be, and that means higher costs for you.
We don’t need this right now, America. Seriously.
